Employee Benefits
Wisconsin & Southern Railroad Company offers a variety of benefit programs that contribute toward each employee's total compensation.
Regular full-time employees receive medical, dental, life insurance, and short-term disability insurance. The majority of these benefits are employer-paid and the employee is responsible for minimal deductibles and co-pays and may be responsible for premium contributions.
Railroad Retirement and the 401K plan provide employees with retirement benefits and investment opportunities.
We also offer paid Holidays and Earned Time Off, In-house training programs and Tuition Reimbursement, Safety Shoe and Safety Eyewear reimbursement, and an Employee Assistance program.
Wisconsin & Southern Railroad is constantly evaluating our benefit plans and we reserve the right to make improvements, modifications, or to discontinue these plans at any time.
