2008 Calendar Contest Winners
Congratulations to all the Winners of the 2008 Calendar Contest! John Broeker of Elgin, Illinois won the Grand Prize of $500.00 for his view of the Santa Train led by ex-Soo Line steam locomotive #1003 on the Northern Division. Second Place and $250 went to Jeff Easton for his view of the Chicago power at Janesville after an overnight battle with snowdrifts. Paul Swanson took Third Place and received $100 for his shot of the Prairie du Chien train on a wooden trestle near Wauzeka, Wisconsin. All calendar winners are shown below. Each contributor received $100.00.
