  Car Washout Services The Wisconsin & Southern Washout Facility was built in 1999. It has been approved to clean all grains, plastics, clay, flour, sugar, potash, and fertilizer cars. The shop is equipped with a spin jet that delivers 10,000 psi of heated water for the thorough cleaning of the interior of cars. A quick rinse for commodity change will increase your hopper car capability. The facility has a capacity of 50 cars per week.
